Upon check in we found the room that had been assigned was not what we had reserved. The FDA was hesitant to move us, but wisely contact the Front Office Manager , Mark. Having spent many years in Resort Management, a complaint is an opportunity to win over your guest. Mark did this in spades. Since we were staying for 12 days, he upgrades us to a better room and really went over the top in taking care of us. That was the beginning of a great stay. This was the highlight of our month in Philippines. We were even offered free massages and we unfortunately weren't able to take advantage of that. Overall the staff and facilities were second to none....Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Don't miss out on th Solina Beach and Nature Resort.

This Hotel is Highly recommended. The staff were really friendly and they really take care of their guests.. My family had an early flight back to Manila on our last day and since we couldn’t make it to our buffet breakfast the staff made us sandwiches, egg and water to bring to our flight. The athmosphere is so nice and quiet. So if you want to take a break from your busy schedule or the busy city you live in, this is a place to do it. Food from the restaurant is good too. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I’ve been to many places and I could say that this hotel is the one that I will keep coming back.

Nice furnished queen villa with fridge and two VERY comfortable queen beds. NOT HARD. Fantastic 25 meter clean pool. If you were 4 guests, I would have said, good values for money. Somewhat in doubt when only a couple. Breakfast buffet was OK if you expect a simple breakfast, eggs, fruit and some other basics as the warm food is OK but not great. Dinner was quite OK but not great. We tried 6 different main and appetizers. There is potential for improvement on food. Very good cakes and cappuccino. Chocolate cake not too sweet.

I like the facilities and the sunset on this property. The area is pretty big and it has a public beach and swimming pool, there are lots of trees with fruits and the flowers are very pretty. They have hammocks along the beach to relax. The breakfast has enough selections. The front desk staff were superb and super helpful including the van driver who drove us and picked us from our tour. They organized our Tour, I must admit Gigantes Island is more beautiful than Boracay.

The facilities were phenomenal, we loved the in-house massages, and the staff were painstakingly so kind and helpful; I wish they had an indoor check-in office because it looked so uncomfortable for them to be in that heat just waiting for guests to check in. The staff seemed to have a very efficient communication protocol though so that was impressive. The pool looked gorgeous, too, though we didn't go in.
